MS 30 Tellers' bills of the Exchequer of Receipt, for Hampshire

Original receipts and tellers' bills of the Exchequer of Receipt for the county of Hampshire, 1560-1667.  These items were once in the collection of Sir Thomas Phillipps, Baronet, and were purchased by the University College of Southampton from Bernard Halliday, bookseller, of Leicester, in May 1938.  Analogous material remaining in The National Archives forms E 402/113-344 ( Class lists of records of the Exchequer of Receipt (List and Index Society, 31; 1968) p. 38).
