ARTIC PC - Antibiotics for lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Children presenting in Primary Care

Diary

Paper bursting from filing cabinet
We only have paper diaries at the moment

The diary is what will provide us with the information we need to determine the effectiveness of antibiotics in this group of children.

It should only take about 5 minutes a day to complete and is only completed until the child is well again, or a maximum 28 days.

If the diary is lost or not returned for any reason, we have a single side of A4 to replace it in the PID pack for use at day 28 (or it is on our Sharepoint site).

As a thank you for completing the diary, we give a High Street shopping voucher to recruits, this is sent when we follow up with the family to ensure there are no problems completing the diary.

A copy of the diary and the replacement form are available in our 'Useful downloads' section below.
