Southampton joins the global aerospace community at the Farnborough International Airshow.

The University's Autonomous Systems presence at this year's show demonstrates our expertise in fixed wing and rotary UAVs and there will be a daily flying display run from one of our state of the art command vehicles. The second of these vehicles will form part of the exhibit on the stand.

In addition there will be exhibits featuring the Aether trailer and connected UAV, the SULSA 3D printed aircraft and paper UAVs.

On Monday 11 JUly at 13.00 - 13.30 Dr Stephen Prior will give a talk: 'From the world's first 3D printed autonomous aircraft to paper UAVs and sytems that enable commercial UAV operations.'
