Event details

This is a unique opportunity to hear and meet a charismatic figure in science. In her talk, Professor Alice Roberts will elaborate on the mysterious disappearance of the Ice Age megafauna.

Alice is widely known for her television work (Time Team, Coast, Incredible Human Journey, Don't Die Young), and this is a great opportunity for students to hear her speak and talk to her afterwards, especially if they are interested in anthropology, evolution, medicine or PE.

BioSoc also invites you to the post-seminar reception, during which Alice will be doing a book signing. Copies of her publications will be available to purchase from John Smith's Bookshop on the day.
