The Centre for Underutilised Crops (CUC) is a group of researchers from across the university with a range of interests, including Sustainable Agriculture, Ecosystem Services, Climate Change, Health and Social Development, and Infrastructure and economic development.
By collaborating across the University we are able to bring different skills, experience and techniques to face major scientific and societal issues. The re-launch event will allow members across the University to find out what we do and how they can get involved.
