The aim of this conference is to showcase interdisciplinary research in this field by bringing together interests on how epigenetics contributes to evolution and the causes of non-communicable disease.

The programme focuses on four broad areas:

• Evolutionary impacts

• Mechanistic epigenetics

• Health consequences

• Relevance to policy
