Research interests

My research interest is about the mechanisms underlying the transmission and toxicity of Tau oligomers and amyloids in neurodegenerative diseases. To addresses my interest question, I'll be studying the trans-synaptic transmission of Tau oligomers across neural circuits using Drosophila as in vivo model of tauopathy. As well as a variety of biological and physical techniques.

PhD Supervisor: Dr Amrit Mudher and Dr. Sumeet Mahajan
Phd Research: Tau Transmission in a Drosophila model of tauopathy
