Structure and function of integral receptor proteins, design of receptor-specific drugs.

PhD Research: Structural diversity of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors and implications for drug design. Determination of the structural variations of the ligand binding domain of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor family to generate receptor- and species-specific drugs.
