Research interests

I love to work with microscopy techniques and have used atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy for my previous work/project.

Currently, I am studying biofilms, especially the ones occurring in catheters and will be using episcopic differential interference contrast (EDIC) microscopy to help with my research.

Supervisor: Professor Bill Keevil & Dr Sandra Wilks
PhD research: The role of biofilms in the contamination of urinary catheters
