The first provided a summary of the results of the most recent <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">staff engagement survey<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, which saw a very positive 3% increase in the overall engagement score to 77%, exceeding our 75% key performance indicator (KPI), and with a similar percentage increase in the response rate to 69%.
