Dr Yue Wu BSc, PhD, PhD
Reader in Management Science
Dr Yue Wu a Reader in Management Science in the University of Southampton, UK. Prior to becoming an academic, Dr. Wu was a senior engineer in computer science for more than 10 years.
Dr. Wu was awarded two PhDs: One PhD was awarded in 2010 by the University of London, at the Department of Management, London School of Economics (UK). Another PhD was awarded in 1998 by the Northeast University at the Department of System Engineering (China). The bachelor degree was awarded by the Dalian University of Technology at the Department of Applied Mathematics (China). Dr Wu’s research interests are global supply chain and logistics, maritime logistics, container terminal operations, air transport, stochastic modelling.
