Dr Polly Sokolova
Teaching Fellow
Dr Polly Sokolova is a Teaching Fellow at Southampton Business School. She recently completed her PhD in Marketing from the University of Essex as a recipient of University of Essex Doctoral Scholarship. She also holds two master’s degrees: MSc Marketing and Brand Management and MRes Management and Organisation. Prior to joining the University of Southampton, she was a lecturer in Marketing at the University of Essex.
Polly’s research is located within the domain of consumer behaviour and consumer psychology. Specifically, her research investigates the way consumers process visual stimuli and the affective, cognitive, as well as behavioural experiences they provoke. Her research interests also include fluency and mental imagery.
