Sanjay Nagaraj is a management professional with expertise in business advisory, brand strategy, and commercial management within a high-profile multinational corporation. With reference to his background, he runs training workshops in value creation across various business units internal and to external customer organizations (Tier 1 and Tier 2 communication service providers, and vertical segments). He was recipient of the best global value creation award for two consecutive years in 2011 & 2012 at Ericsson AB.

Dr Nagaraj has over 30 years of Industry experience at leadership level in the field of Telecommunications, and in Management consultancy. As an adjunct faculty member in Northern Europe, in the past, his specialization is in the field of consumer marketing and behavioral science. He has taught courses in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, co-advisor to several MSc theses, and Ph.D. dissertations.
His focus has been in the application of brand information and its impact on judgement. He was also a recipient of best paper award in AMA Winters educators conference. He has also held academic consular positions in Sweden, and in America.
