Assistant Professor of Management & Organisation, Visiting Academic
Dr. Mehmet Ali Turkmenoglu began his academic career by studying MSc in Human Resources Management at the University of Surrey in the UK.
He received his Ph.D. degree from Brunel Business School in London in 2016. His research interests range from organizational behaviour and social issues of organizations through to crisis and digitization studies.
He has over 30 publications. Some of them were published in the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Frontiers in Psychology, The Journal of East European Management Studies, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, International Journal of Work Organisation and Emotion. His book chapters were published by IGI-Global and Emerald. He co-edited a book entitled “Contemporary Global Issues in Human Resource Management” published by Emerald. He presented papers at the prestigious conferences Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, and Academy of International Business.
Dr. Turkmenoglu is as an Assistant Professor of Management and Organization in the Department of Business Administration at Mus Alparslan University, Turkey. He is currently visiting Southampton Business School for a research project funded by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey).
