Dr. ThuBa Nguyen is currently appointed to the EPSRC-funded research project “Freight Traffic Control 2050: Transforming the Energy Demands of Last-Mile Urban Freight Through Collaborative Logistics”. The research vision is to understand a potential of the operational collaboration to reduce urban traffic and energy demand considering the maintaining of the service level and the involvement of 3rd party Freight Traffic Controller (FTC).

Education:

2009 – 2015, PhD in Manufacturing Systems and Technology, Singapore MIT Alliance Program, Singapore.

2007- 2009, Master of Science (Logistics), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

2000 – 2005, Bachelor of Engineering (honours), Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, Vietnam.

Career history:

09/2014 -08/2016: Research Fellow at The Logistics Institute –Asia Pacific, National University of Singapore, Singapore.
