Coming to Southampton has not only enriched me academically, thanks to the academics being true experts in their fields, it has also made me grow in ways which I never imagined.

As an international student, coming to Southampton and adapting to a different education system was a challenge – but I never imagined I would learn so much. In addition to my studies, I have grown so much on a personal aspect. I’ve learned to take care of myself in the smallest of ways, such as cooking, doing laundry and buying groceries. And I’ve been lucky enough to meet people from all over the world, in a place as unique as the UK. For sure, I’m not the same person I was before coming here.
