After graduating, Jonathan went on to senior management roles at GEC Marconi, eventually running some of the company’s south coast businesses. In 2005, he took the helm of Oxford Instruments, one of the UK’s leading scientific manufacturing and research companies. It was founded in 1959, built the first commercial MRI whole body scanner and was the first spin-out from the University of Oxford.
