Barclaycard

Barclaycard has recruited several talented postgraduate students from the Business School and Mathematics after inviting them into the company to work on summer projects.

Benham

This was a consultancy project aimed at introducing new performance management systems to increase efficiency and boost turnover by 50 per cent in three years.

Cargill

Global shipping agency Cargill Ocean Transportation sought our help to develop the skills of its staff up to master's degree level.

Coventry Building Society

Coventry Building Society consulted the Southampton Business School when it wanted to create an effective tool to analyse the profitability of its portfolio of mortgage products.

Logical Transport

Logical Transport turned to the Southampton Business School when it wanted expert advice on developing the next generation of resource scheduling systems for its clients’ passenger and freight transport operations.

NHS

Southampton Business School contributed to more effective planning in the NHS through a collaboration with the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

RNLI Knowledge Transfer Partnership

Expertise in Management and Engineering Sciences is supporting the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), enabling them to save more lives at sea.

Scrapstore

Students taking the MSc in Strategic Entrepreneurship work with social enterprises, voluntary and not for profit organisations, contributing their skills while gaining an insight into different models of business.

Lift company Stannah makes sure its managers are well-equipped to succeed by enrolling them on the University of Southampton MBA.
