MBA employability week

Between 6 and 9 March saw the return of the Employability Week for our MBA programme, which successfully hosted a number of guest speakers from industry and workshop sessions.

The theme for the week was ‘Masters of Business’ and focused on critical skills in business communication, entrepreneurship and management consultancy.

Starting with an interactive workshop on making Video Stories for Business Communication, with Warrick Harniess from Scandinavia Stories, the students learnt practical skills for a digital environment. This was followed by talks from industry guest speakers, such as Lohan Presencer, CEO of Ministry of Sound, and Peter Charles, CEO, Peter Charles Consulting.

This is only the second time that we have run such a week specifically for the MBA programme and it proved to be a lively forum for discussion between business practitioners and our MBA students.
