Launch of the 2016/17 University of Southampton Small Business Clinic Event

The Clinic provides free advice to University of Southampton students and staff who are interested in setting up or running a small business https://sotonsmallbusinessclinic.wordpress.com . It is run by Southampton Business School and Southampton Law School in collaboration with a local business consultant and investor, Renold Tang.

The Launch Programme is as follows:

14.00-14.10 Welcome by Prof. Martin Broad, Head of Southampton Business School, followed by two SBC seminars.

14.10-14.45 Seminar 1: An interactive lecture by Hugh Gaffney-Dodds, an entrepreneur and recent Southampton graduate sharing his experiences with SBC.

15.10 -15.45 Seminar 2: The mechanics of business and Small Business Clinic FAQs by Renold Tang.

The 3rd SBC seminar will be dedicated to taxation of start-ups, and will take place on the 16th November 2pm-4pm in Building 44, room 1041 .
