Academics and students from the Southampton Business School and the wider university are invited to join.

Up to 10 PhD students from other UK universities are also welcome, and their travel expenses wil be covered for up to £50 - for enquiries, please contact FBLAevent@soton.ac.uk

Southampton Business School is delighted to announce the launch of a new research centre, Centre for Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CISEI). The mission of the Centre is to undertake cutting edge research on socially inclusive and/or sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation, with a view to engage a diverse set of stakeholders in order to challenge and empower individuals and organisations to tackle critical equality, diversity and sustainability challenges in the context of entrepreneurship and innovation (www.southampton.ac.uk/CISEI).

We will celebrate its launch on the 7th of December, 2016, at the University of Southampton. This inaugural seminar will help the academic community engage in critical and cutting edge research in the domains of inclusive and/or sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation in order to influence business practices, related policies, and curriculum development. The event will feature a keynote talk by Professor Johanna Mair (Stanford University, USA) followed with a panel discussion by eminent scholars (Professor Mustafa Ozbilgin; Dr Haya Al Dajani; Professor Jonatan Pinkse).
