Key Learning Outcomes from Day 1

You will leave the session with:

  • A broader understanding on how others see change
  • A tool for bringing stakeholder perspectives on change to the surface
  • A framework for assessing where your people are in the process of change, and how to support them
  • An understanding of some of the critical components of a plan for change
  • The benefit of reviewing your change challenge and sharing experiences with peers from other organisations

Day 2 will enable the participants to respond to resistance to change, in individuals and groups, much more effectively.

The session will propose a practical framework for assessing resistance to change and why it’s arising and will recommend ways to respond
