Event details

Our brains have incredible capacity to make automatic, intuitive evaluations. We can quickly process information from multiple inputs and draw reasonable conclusions. We’re skilled at snap judgements and swift analysis. But sometimes following our intuition will lead us to the wrong result or to repeat past mistakes. Some situations call for slower, more involved thinking. We make better quality decisions if we take time and deliberately compensate for our natural biases and mental shortcuts. In this seminar we’ll consider vulnerabilities in our thinking processes and their impact on common aspects of business life such as hiring, problem solving and scheduling projects. 18:00 - Registration, refreshments and networking 18:45 - Keynote seminar 19:30 - Q&A 20:00 - Event close
