Anna Maria is a postgraduate research student for the Business School at the University of Southampton.

I am currently a part-time researcher in the field of Management. My research focuses on leadership dynamics in virtual teams. It concentrates on the process of leadership and leader identity construction in contexts characterised by a lack of media richness as prevalent in such teams.

I received a BA (Hons) in Management from the University of Malta and an MSc in Global HR Management from the University of Liverpool.

I am presently working as a freelance HR consultant in Malta where I reside.
