Joseph Kimaro is a PhD student in Southampton Business School in the Faculty of Social Science, at the University of Southampton. He owns MSc-International Transport and Logistics and Bachelor of Business Administration in Procurement and Logistics management. Joseph’s research interests revolve around (Social) Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Development, Sustainable Tourism, and Community Empowerment.

Joseph worked as an academician in Tanzania before he joined the University of Southampton. During his time at Southampton, he was also able to complete a three-month placement with Southampton City Council assisting in enhancing Sustainable and Ethics Public Procurement Policy, which was arranged by Public Policy at the University of Southampton.

Research interests

Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Development, Sustainable Tourism, Sustainable Public Procurement.
