For 2023, we offer two summer schools:
- Southampton Business Summer School
- Global Summer School in collaboration with our partner Audencia Business School
Southampton Business Summer School (10 to 21 July 2023, Southampton)
Over a two-week period, students will benefit from a truly UK experience and learn from some of the world’s top professors in business at Southampton Business School. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to meet students from all around the globe, studying their choice from a range of cutting-edge courses in different subjects.
In this summer school, you can select three courses (3 ECTS, subject to approval) from:
- cryptocurrency investments -Dr Larisa Yarovaya
- business doesn’t take place in a vacuum: exploring the role of context in a globalised world -Professor Peter Rodgers
- multi-tier sustainable supply chain management -Dr Yu (Jack) Gong
- the Agile organisation -Dr David Baxter
- Bling Bling: luxury brand management across cultures and times -Professor Paurav Shukla

Course Highlights
- earn 3 ECTS points (subject to approval) that can be transferred to your home institution
- gain a certificate from Southampton on completion

This Summer School is not all about learning in the classroom. A diverse selection of cultural and social activities will be organised during the Summer School.
You will have a chance to:
- explore historic Winchester – the former capital of England
- visit Stonehenge – one of the ancient Wonders of the World

Tuition: £2850
A 10% discount will be applied to students from partner universities of University of Southampton in any subject area

Global Summer School (26 June to 7 July in Nantes and 10 to 21 July 2023 in Southampton)
Over a four-week period, students will benefit from a a truly European experience, by spending two weeks in Nantes studying at the famous Audencia Business School in France, followed by two weeks at the University of Southampton’s Business School. Students will be taught by some of the world’s top professors in business, whilst having the opportunity to meet students from all around the globe, studying their choice from a range of cutting-edge courses in different subjects.
At Audencia Business School, you will visit a company and write a visit report (1 ECTS) and select two courses (8 ECTS). One course can be chosen from:
- human resource management
- e-sports management: a worldwide game changer
The other course can be chosen from:
- drivers for sustainability transition in business
- intercultural leadership
- data science for marketing
At Southampton Business School, you can select three courses (3 ECTS, subject to approval) from:
- cryptocurrency investments
- business doesn’t take place in a vacuum: exploring the role of context in a globalised world
- multi-tier sustainable supply chain management
- the Agile organisation
- Bling Bling: luxury brand management across cultures and times
