Cancer Helpline Research

We identified 95 UK services and they were invited to complete an electronic survey and in total 69 organisations responded to the survey. We have compiled a National Directory of services using some of the information collected in the questionnaire to provide an easy way of identifying a cancer and cancer related helpline service when needed.

It is important to us that we evaluate how useful the Directory is, so please do not disseminate your PDF to others; we need people to download their own copies!

Your feedback will tell us whether there is a need for the Directory and updates annually/bi-annually.  If there is a need, we will use this feedback to help us obtain funding for Directory updates.

To download your own PDF copy of the Cancer Directory, please complete this short questionnaire.

Thank you once again and we hope you find the Directory useful

Cancer Helplines are a critical source of support for people affected by cancer in the UK. We hope this Directory provides an easy way of identifying a cancer or cancer related helpline for cancer helplines, health professionals, people with cancer and their carers, families and friends.
