The All Sectors Fair

Our All Sectors Fair is an extremely successful Careers Fair; attracting over 2700 students in 2019 and involving exhibitors from a broad range of industries and sectors.

This is the fair for you if you want to raise your profile and attract students from all year groups and disciplines.

Large Graduate Recruiters - TBC
Small and Medium Enterprises - (250 or fewer staff and less than £50 million turnover) - TBC
Charities and Third Sector - *Free of charge (excluding professional bodies and educational providers). *Please note that due to the limited number of spaces, charity registrations will not be confirmed until September.
Sponsorship Opportunities - Please email fairs@southampton.ac.uk for further information about costs and benefits.

This cost includes:

  • A 100-word profile in the Fair Brochure
  • Extensive marketing to all 25,000 plus students including company information in the MySouthampton app
  • WiFi Access
  • Dedicated team of student ambassadors to help throughout the day
  • Careers Fair Breakfast from 09.00 - 10.30am
  • Two lunches (You can order up to two extra lunches for £7 plus VAT each)
  • Free offsite parking with courtesy shuttle bus to the event
  • A stand area of 2m width x 3m length x 2m height
  • A 6ft trestle table, two chairs and a white tablecloth.
  • Promotional email sent to all University of Southampton Students
  • Advertised on social media, including posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Fair brochure uploaded onto the website a week before the fair (remains on website for one year)
  • Marketed on campus in the lead up to and on the day of the fair
  • Publicised on the MySouthampton App
  • Informational leaflet given out by careers fair ambassadors on campus and in halls of residence
