We have designed an online test which students will be able to use to assess their career readiness in-line with the Graduate Capital Model learning outcomes. This is important because research shows that students who are more self-aware and clear on their career strengths feel more confident in their ability to succeed in their future.
We hope that this test will help students to identify action in support of their career planning. Data from the test will be used alongside academic colleagues in the departments of Education and Psychology to find out more about our students' career readiness, their strengths and their needs for development.
