Professor Anneke Lucassen appointed to a prestigious honorary professorship in Groningen
This professorship runs from 2014-2016.
The posts facilitates collaboration of CELS research with that undertaken by the ELSI group in the University academic medical centre, genetics department, in Groningen. The post comes with 2 new PhD studentships who will undertake joint PhDs between the 2 universities.
The UMCG ELSI group has complementary research interests to CELS and during the tenure of Anneke Lucassen’s visiting professorship in Groningen the two groups are building up a programme of collaborative research.
