Julia el Mecky awarded prestigious Brocher Foundation scholarship

Julia has been awarded a prestigious residential researcher scholarship at the Brocher Foundation, Hermance, Switzerland from 2nd August to 28th September 2018.

This non-profit foundation hosts experts in the ethical, legal and social implications of new biotechnologies and developments in medical research. It encourages interdisciplinary research in this new field, strongly linked to society by including law, anthropology, history, bioethics and philosophy. This scholarship will facilitate the continuation of Julia's data analysis as well as the writing of academic articles.
