Chemistry under the spotlight
Chemists from the University of Southampton are taking part in a special open evening to highlight their links with industry.
It will be suitable for everyone including students, academics, business people and members of the public.
The Royal Society of Chemistry Mid-Southern Counties section will host the Chemistry and Industry Evening at the National Oceanography Centre Southampton on Thursday 15 November from 5.30pm.
Speakers will include Professor Brian Hayden from University of Southampton spin out company Ilika Technologies, Dr John Attridge from Chelsea Technologies Group and Dr Stephane Berny from Merck Chemicals.
After the presentations, there will be opportunities to talk to the speakers and networks.
