Conference Dinner

The Conference dinner is included in the registration fee.  The options are:

Starter:

   Warm Pimento and Feta Tart on a Roasted Plum Tomato, Cucumber       and Mint Salsa(v)
   or
   Crab and Coriander Tian with Paprika Tuiles, Lime and Papaya Salad

Main

   Confit of Duck Leg with Seared Breast, Thyme Rosti and Port Wine       Sauce
   or
   Thyme Forest Mushroom Mille Feuille with Baby Asparagus and Leeks(v)

Dessert

   Warm Coconut and Pear Tart with Sauce Anglaise
