Also new to Chemistry, Dr Ian Beadham brings worldwide experience in his role as Teaching Fellow.
Since graduating from the University of Sheffield with a PhD in bio-organic chemistry, he has taken postdoctoral positions at several universities including three years at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore which specialises in research, UMIST Manchester, Dublin City University and the University of Reading.
Ian is particularly interested in organic chemistry but had wide ranging experience of research and teaching across the subject.
He will teach both within Chemistry and across the Faculty.
