Supervising Undergraduate Individual Projects FEE


Target Audience: This half-day session is for those who supervise individual projects for undergraduate students.

Brief Outline: The Individual Project is a culmination and confirmation of the learning that has taken place across the discipline that they wish to explore in greater depth. It is also the main experience students have of undertaking a piece of research. Students will learn more about the ways in which the subject is investigated and how advancements in knowledge occur. As such, Undergraduate Individual Project work is seen as a cornerstone of the Degree Programme not only by students and academics but also by future employers and Professional Bodies.

The aim of this workshop is therefore to provide a forum for supervisors to review, update and share practices with colleagues.
