Service transformation publication

The first publication from the service transformation funded by Macmillan Cancer Support and department of Health at University Hospital Southampton has now been published. It describes the outcome for patients with colorectal cancer who were discharged to a patient triggered follow up programme (a form of risk stratified follow up).
