Research intern publishes first paper

One of our HE Wessex research interns has just had her first paper published in Cancer Nursing Practice. Diez de los Rios de la Serna, C., Richardson, A., Lennan, E. (2017) Adherence to low molecular weight heparin treatment by Patients with cancer who develop VTE. Cancer Nursing Practice 16 (4): 21-26.

Celia was until recently a trainee nurse practitioner in medical oncology at University Hospital Southampton and is now an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with the Breast Team at University Hospital Southampton. She is now working towards an application for a NIHR/HEE clinical doctoral fellowship to be supervised by Sue Latter, Elaine Lennan and Alison Richardson.
