Dr Claire Wakefield,Faculty of Medicine, New South Wales, Australia,leads the Behavioural Sciences Unit (BSU) at the Kids Cancer Centre, Sydney Children’s Hospital. As a psychologist, Associate Professor Wakefield has built a large programme of work around interventions for children with cancer and their families. She was awarded a three year Diamond Jubilee International Visiting Fellowship in 2016 which will be hosted by Professor Claire Foster and Associate Professor Anne-Sophie Darlington in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
