Confucius Institute Intensive Mandarin Summer Course 2016

From 8th June to 15th June 2016, University of Southampton Confucius Institute, in collaboration with Career Destinations, run a free Chinese course for students of university, at complete beginner level. This course aim to broad both their employability and language skills.

These two weeks intensive courses (24 hours tuition over 6 days) has sit topics including meeting for the first time, receiving a visitor, making an appointment, expressing the directions, shopping and having a dinner. In addition to the basic communication skills in Chinese, the students learnt general knowledge about Chinese culture and customs as well.

On 25 June, on the successful completion of the course the participants obtain their certificates.
