Confucius Institute will run a workshop where we are privileged to welcome back Professor Siyi Fu from Xiamen University, China, who used to be the Chinese Director of both University of Southampton Confucius Institute and Cardiff CI. Prof Fu is very well versed in how to teach Chinese cultural. Her Chinese cultural course book entitled ‘Exploring China- A children’s guide to Chinese culture’, which is suitable for the school pupils in UK, has been published. The workshop will focuse on ‘Teaching Chinese Culture to School pupils’, drawing principally from resources from her published book. The event will run from 3.15- 4:15pm on Saturday 25 April 2015 at Cantell School after their normal Chinese classes. We look forward to seeing you on Saturday 25 April 2015.
