Strategic modeling solutions for health and social care - the questions people ask Seminar

Peter Lacey has undertaken simulation and modeling on behalf of a range of local and national, health and social care commissioners as lead consultant for the Whole Systems Partnership.  His chosen method is to use system dynamics due to its integration and suitability for supporting partnership development across health and social care in areas such as dementia services, intermediate care and end of life services.  This presentation will provide an insight into the questions commissioners ask and how simulation and modeling has helped to answer these.
