Clean Carbon

Industry

The success of our Clean carbon research is underpinned by the multidisciplinary nature of our partnerships with industry. The high level expertise we engage with in global companies and SMEs alike allows us to fulfil the objectives of our research in many different areas. Fo example, Johnson Matthey Battery Systems (formerly Axeon), works with our researchers as part of the BaChMan Consortium.  Dr Richard Wills is working with partners including REAPsystems, on developing a hybrid-drive system to install into existing Venetian water taxis in order to convert them to cleaner, greener transport.
