At the same time we will be instructing contractors to improve the building though new windows and attachment of a new external finish for parts of the building. These works will help us to become more sustainable by increasing energy efficiency, improving thermal insulation, and lowering our water usage.

Works will be commencing in Early April 2019 and we hope will be complete by Christmas of the same year.

Our contractors Wilmott Dixon will be establishing their site at the North East corner of the Highfield Camus by buildings 29 and 35. The necessary scaffolding on the building should start to be erect in April and the external works will progress from the North East corner anticlockwise around the building.
