Local Accommodation and Conference Facilities

Accommodation and conference facilities are available at the University of Southampton.  We do however acknowledge there are occasions when it is neccessary to use meeting rooms or accommodation away from the University.

Due to this, together with Procurement, we have set up a new framework agreement for the services of local hotel accommodation and/or with conferencing/training facilities that offer high standards and value for money for staff, students and visitors.

Procurement and the Conference Office has personally visited each venue to ensure the standards and services are of the high quality expected.

In the first instance, please view the facilities and services the Conference and Hospitality team can offer here at the University of Southampton prior to booking services externally.
