Meetings

A range of suitable meeting rooms and conference facilities are available all year round, based off campus at Wide Lane, or in the heart of the Highfield Campus within the Staff Social Centre.  There are also a greater range of options available during vacation, evenings and weekends. Your event co-ordinator will advise during your enquiry.

Available rooms:

Garden Court - Restaurant End (available all year). This large flat-floored space is suitable for exhibitions, larger presentations and events. It can take up to 30 exhibition stands or 204 people, and has a semi-permanent wall and drape system. Use with the Garden End for maximum flexibility.

Garden Court - Garden End (available all year). This space overlooks the landscaped gardens and is carpeted. There is a fixed screen in place and a data projector can be arranged upon request. It can take up to 21 exhibition stands or 120 people.

Hartley Suite (available all year). This flexible, flat-floored room, with sliding dividing doors, is available for groups of up to 80 people. The main room is fitted with data projector and screen. The Hartley Lounge, with sofas and tables is used for catering or a breakout space.

John Roberts Room (available all year). This is the smallest meeting room that seats up to 20 people boardroom style and is ideal for training days, workshops and presentations.

Wide Lane (available all year). The pavilion overlooks the extensive sports grounds and offers two separate, first floor meeting rooms suitable for 25-60 delegates along with a terrace bar for refreshments. The sports pitches can be hired for outdoor team building activities.
