Title: How behavioural change science can be used to improve OR Interventions
Most OR interventions examine options for change. Often we are examining the need for some form of organisational or behavioural change as well as changes to the technical operation of a system. This tutorial summarises shows how behavioural sciences, and associated methods, can be used to help develop, choose and implement options.
