Event details
Cognitive psychology literature outlines a need to improve research methods to help resolve theoretical disagreements on how the human decision process interacts, and also research method flaws. In response, I propose a unique approach to employing real-life data as proxies for decision variables. Using structural equation modelling and performing confirmatory factor analysis, path way model analysis and best model fit on a hypothetical relationship between a prior evaluation and resultant trade outcome for Australian takeover targets to evaluate my approach, I find my measurement and path models are identified, and that I have good model fit. This result supports my research method.
