100% of BSc Population and Geography students were satisfied or very satisfied with the overall quality of their course - NSS 2017

It is very pleasing that all of our students were satisfied with so many aspects of the Population and Geography programme.

 For example, all of our students agreed that the course has provided them with opportunities to apply what they have learnt. This is because the degree has a focus on ‘hands-on’ learning - including the opportunity to apply their population and geography knowledge in a developing country context within their field research. 

Also, all of our students agreed that staff have made the subject interesting and are good at explaining things, a reflection of the research-led teaching that we strive to provide in our modules. We are extremely proud of our students and, as these results show, committed to providing them with a high-quality education.
