The Data Image Lab at Winchester School of Art provides an innovative site of production and expertise, enabling a wide range of work and experimentation in the areas of visual communication, data art and visualisation. The Lab is underpinned by critical and creative methods that foster an exploratory approach to data gathering, datasets, and data processing, with the aim to better understand structures of information and to discover and disseminate new insights.
