Gender equality feedback

The University is keen to receive feedback about how well it is supporting staff and students in terms of gender equality. For example:

  • Are cases of inappropriate language use being challenged?
  • Is there a particularly good support mechanism in place for female researchers seeking maternity leave?
  • How many men are taking their full paternity entitlement, and are any sharing maternity with their partners?

This form allows anyone to send their comments to the Athena SWAN coordinator anonymously. All fields are optional, so you can disclose as much or as little information as you like.

    About you/your environment

    These fields are optional, designed to tell us a little about yourself and the environment you work in. If your feedback is about a colleague or another department, please answer these questions for them/that department.

    Please consider including your faculty and academic unit as a minimum, as your faculty/academic unit may be preparing an Athena SWAN application, and your comments will be useful to the team compiling the submission.
